Welcome to my website. I am a professional fine art landscape photographer and digital artist. My name is Dan Carmichael.

Inside you will find a variety of landscape art prints and paintography which are the fruition of many years of my work. In the online landscape photography gallery you will find a wide variety of landscape images ranging from beautiful mountain scenics to stunning seascapes, in both black and white and color in traditional, artistic, and abstract styles. Also included is hand-painted paintography and cohesive bodies of work which include themed image portfolios, some of which were in the making as long as five years and are offered as limited edition photos.

Each print ordered from the online landscape photography gallery is printed on high quality, museum grade, archival acid-free fine art paper using archival inks. Prints up to 17" wide (on the smallest dimension) are custom-printed only by myself. Larger prints are custom-printed by a friend and each print is closely-watched and monitored. Prints are never printed in a production printing environment or lab, even if known as a professional printer service. Canvas wraps and mounted canvas which can be framed are also available.

I have been recognized as a talented fine art photographer among nature, landscape, and scenic photographers. I have been told I possess a unique gift for photography and an extraordinary ability to capture the perfect moment in time, and it has earned me the reputation as one of North Carolina's most-talented fine art landscape, scenic and abstract photographers. My images have been enjoyed by people throughout the world.
